For your safety

We do our best to make sure every bike really becomes a great asset for you. Stable, safe, light roll and no bad noises. Come and test the bike yourself on our test track when you buy your bike and make sure it works as well as we claim. When you come and collect it we can make sure it is configured to your size, needs and wants. 

6 months warranty

First of all we want you to feel safe buying a bike from us. Our bikes are serviced in detail and we have tested them hard before they go for sale. The exterior of the bike is usually nice but the it is the inside that we focus on. Gears, brakes and everything that makes the bike run like the wind, stable and safe are things we should have gone thru. If there is a problem, just get back to us. 

Just as in other shops punctures are not covered by the warranty. It can happen at any moment. Usually a puncture does not come for years but it can happen straight away. It is just bad luck. A puncture can be considered as our fault and be covered by the warranty if it is a pucture when you collect it - a DOA, Dead On Arrival. You have to tell us this when you collect it. If a punctures would come at a later time, it not covered by the warranty. You can swap your old tube for a new tube free of charge within 3 days if you stop by our service point. 

If there is a warranty errand it will usually show up within a mile. So take your bike for a spin straight away. If it is good it will probably be good for years. If there is a warranty it usually because we have missed something and it shows straight away. Were have really tested the bikes hard before selling them though. 

Any warranty errand, big or small, must be handle at one of our service points. We do not cover any costs. No transport cost, no cost at other repair shops, no costs for lost income or expenses. No cost. But we will fix the warranty. 

Delivery

Right now it is only possible to come and collect your bike and/or other bought items at our service point. See in the description which service point your bike can be collected at. Usually you can collect is the same day but you will get noticed once it is ready to be collected. 

Returns

You can not return any item and get your money back. (Brand new bikes and accessories we might have for sale can as long as they have not been used and/or the seal is cracked). Under some circumstances you can swap your bike for one at the same or above and pay the difference. For the time period you have had the bike a rent can be charged. The rental price is equal to other rental bike services in Stockhollm with a similar setup. 

Late collect

If your order is not collected within 3 days after we have sent the notification that you can come, a fee of 50SEK will be added for every day. This goes automatically thru one of our payment providers. After seven days your order might be sent out to our central storage.
